Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items must be in original condition, with all tags and protective coverings still attached
  • Return Shipping Fee: There is a $8 non-refundable shipping fee

Return Shipping Fee: A non-refundable $8 shipping fee applies to all returns.

 

What items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable?

  • Items not in their original condition 
  • Items that are damaged or soiled through normal wear or tear
  • Free gifts or promotional items


How do I return an order?

Please email us at info@boboandnana.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. For domestic orders, once your return is authorized, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. We do not offer prepaid return shipping for international orders at this time.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, your refund will typically be processed within 48 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How do I exchange an order?

Please email us at info@boboandnana.com with your order number, item(s) you would like to exchange, and the items you would like to receive in return.

For domestic orders, once your exchange is authorized, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. We do not offer prepaid shipping for international orders at this time.

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will send you an order confirmation for the new items, which will be shipped out shortly after.

 

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to make changes to the shipping details.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure:

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued only if returned to us, and a re-shipping fee will apply. 

Lost Packages:  

If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been provided.
